Job Timing-US SHIFT(10:00PM TO 8:00AM)
Job Profile:-
Efficiently handle all the queries and escalations from US based customers. Understands customer's requirements and provide relevant solutions and assistance. Handle Inbound Travel Process.
Convert query call into sales call.
Required Skills:-Min of 10+2 pass.
Excellent in English.
Experience of 6 months to 1 years in any International BPO.
Required Qualifications:
1.Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction ,and Customer Service Skills.
2.Excellent and professional level expert in English Communication Skills.
3.Must be 12th pass/any graduate.
