Job Description
1. Wireframing and Prototyping: Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes and interactive prototypes, ensuring a clear visual representation of user flows and interactions.
3. Research: Assist in user research activities, including usability testing and user interviews, to gather valuable insights that inform the design process
4. User testing: Participate in the testing of design solutions to validate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
5. Iconography and Illustration: Design custom icons and illustrations to enhance the visual storytelling within our products
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
7. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, and emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team
8. Documentation: Maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and other relevant documentation

Other requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Already a Bachelor's degree, is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Understanding of design principles, user-centered design principles, responsive design and usability.
- Excellent visual design skills, including a strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- Familiarity with animation and motion design is an advantage.
