Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including managers and developers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
Navigate a fast-paced Agile environment requiring both self-direction and team collaboration
Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of customers and proactively provide recommendations for enhancements

Other requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions
- Solid understanding of user-centered design process and usability heuristics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and methodologies
