Your Role and Responsibilities
Agent Onboarding: Conduct daily calls to onboard new agents, visit agents offices, and establish strong working relationships.

Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing agents, ensuring consistent engagement and collaboration.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable home loan solutions.
Loan File Management: Manage the end-to-end home loan process, from file login to disbursement, ensuring smooth coordination and timely updates.
Bank Coordination: Connect with the right banking partners to manage loan applications, follow up on files, and facilitate seamless approvals and disbursals.
Follow-Ups and Coordination: Regularly follow up on loan files, resolve issues, and keep agents and customers informed about progress.
Training Attendance: Actively attend all training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge in the home loan industry.
Assessments and Skill Development: Pass assessments to demonstrate skill acquisition and ensure consistent progress throughout the training period.
