Job Description

• Contacting clients in regarding their Online appearance and business boosting.
• Good Command over English.
• Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
• Understand the business needs of the Clients
• Convince the clients and make them to invest on new Projects with the organization
• Outbound Voice process
• B2B Sales Process
• Experience- 0 to 3 years required in web selling or in outbound sales process.
• Salary hike on last drawn salary
• Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7pm to 4am

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Strategy & Consulting

  • Assess client requirements and provide customized website solutions.
  • Develop strategies to improve website performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • Advise on domain registration, hosting, and website security best practices.
  • Recommend content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.

2. Web Design & Development Guidance

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create responsive, visually appealing websites.
  • Ensure website architecture follows best UI/UX design principles.
  • Provide guidance on front-end and back-end technologies based on client needs.
  • Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing Integration

  • Conduct website audits and suggest SEO improvements for better search rankings.
  • Integrate digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Implement analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance.
  • Enhance site speed, accessibility, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

4. Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot website issues and recommend effective fixes.
  • Suggest security measures, backups, and performance optimizations.
  • Provide training to clients on content management and website updates.
  • Assist in migrating websites between platforms or redesigning existing websites.

5. Project Management & Client Communication

  • Work closely with clients to define project scope and timelines.
  • Manage web development projects, ensuring deliverables meet business goals.
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Stay updated on web trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
