Urgently Required Female Executive for Operational Work for Private Limited Company
Salary: 10 to 12K
Need Computer and Hindi Knowledge
Location: Kolkata but candidate have to be comfortable with travelling in Local and Out Station. Company will bear all the travelling expenses.
Job Responsibility: Different type of management work, verification, approval, follow up, Government meeting attend, monitoring etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Administrative Tasks

Oversee different types of management work and ensure smooth execution.
Handle document verification, approval processes, and compliance checks.
Manage follow-ups with internal teams, government offices, and external stakeholders.

Coordination & Government Meetings

Attend official meetings with government authorities on behalf of the company.
Maintain proper records and documentation of meetings and discussions.
Ensure timely updates and reports on project progress and approvals.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track and monitor operational activities to ensure efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share insights with management.
