Job Description

Position: US HR (Fresher Role)

Location: Magarpatta City, Pune

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift timings: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Vendor Management
- Payroll Management & Salary Administration
- Onboarding & New Hire Orientation
- Timesheet Gathering & Management

- Handle employee relations and address grievances.

- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Willingness to work night shifts.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
