- Immediate Opening for US IT/Sr. Technical Recruiters
- Location : Velachery,chennai
- Experience : 0 - 8+ Years
- Shift Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM
- Freshers can apply
- The Applicant should have strong experience in Complete Cycle of US Recruiting Process
- Should be well versed and creative in identifying the right candidates using different sourcing techniques.
- Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching potential candidates, both passive and active
- Analyze and understand the IT requirements
- Source candidates from database or through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks
- Expected experience in using Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Expertise in recruiting Citizens,Green Cards and H1B's Consultants
- Must have good knowledge on US Tax terms like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp and different work status
- Excellent Communication Skills
