Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening Candidates:

Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and internal databases to source qualified IT candidates for open positions.

Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.

Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of the job and the skills required for each position.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-
Provide interview feedback and ensure timely communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Facilitate technical screenings and coding tests as needed, in collaboration with technical teams or hiring managers.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Engage with passive candidates and maintain a pipeline for future hiring needs.

Offer advice and guidance to candidates about job roles, interview processes, and company culture.

Job Postings and Market Research:

Write and post detailed job descriptions across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

Research and stay updated on trends in the IT recruitment market, identifying top talent pools and best sourcing strategies.

Develop strategies to attract diverse candidates and expand talent pipelines.

Candidate Evaluation and Selection:

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications that meet the needs of the role.

Assess candidates’ soft skills, cultural fit, and long-term career goals to ensure alignment with the company’s values and mission.

Coordinate feedback from interviewers and make hiring recommendations.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

Extend job offers and negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.

Assist candidates with the onboarding process, including necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks.

Ensure candidates have a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining the company.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and industry-specific standards.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Regularly update candidate status and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audit purposes.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing, assessing candidates, and making decisions.

Collaborate with team leads and technical staff to ensure the smooth and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.

Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness.

Analyze recruitment performance data and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
