Job Description

Position: US Recruiter

0-4 years’ experience in any domain and interest in a career in recruiting.
Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customer's requirements
Calling candidates in the US (or other international markets) and discuss job openings over the phone. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes
Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on clients’ specifications
Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
Post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
Develop creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunities
Conduct skills testing and reference checks
Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
Good attitude and aptitude
Good communication skills (fluency in English)

Specifications:

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: 0 – 4 Years
Transport: Free transport. Door pickup and drop.
Work Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings-5:30 PM to 2:30 AM OR 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
