Job Details:
Position: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical /Healthcare/Pharma/Functional/ Techno Functional Recruiter)
Required Experience: 1- 2+ Years
Location: Crystal IT Park, Indore Madhya Pradesh (Remote)
Shift: Night Shift (8:30PM–5:30AM IST) OR (6:30PM–3:30AM IST), 5 days working
Excellent incentive package.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), relevant networks, online and internal databases, team member referrals. Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Undergo refresher training.
Coordinate with Service Delivery Manager. Identifying the skill sets and qualifications to screen resumes Conduct phone screens and interviews.
Schedule and coordinate all phone screens and interviews with hiring teams.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Build credibility with candidates by developing relationships and always closing the loop. Negotiate on salary and counter offers.
Help Team in day to day activities. Own and manage every stage of the recruiting and candidate lifecycle.
Focus on helping us build diverse and inclusive teams.

Requirement:

Qualification: Any Graduate.
Excellent Written and spoken English.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts.
Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)- Mon to Friday.
Should be a team player.
