Position Summary:
As a US Recruiter, you will support the recruiting process by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for various roles across the United States. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in talent acquisition, and we offer comprehensive training and development to help you succeed. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced recruiters and hiring managers to build your skills and gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the recruitment process for entry- to mid-level roles, from job posting to candidate sourcing and screening.
Use various platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and availability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.
Learn and apply best practices for sourcing, screening, and recruiting in the US job market.
Provide support with recruitment metrics and reporting to track the progress of hiring efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruiting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Basic understanding of the US job market and employment laws (training provided).
