Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source top IT talent through US job portals (LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, Dice).
- Develop innovative strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines and engage with prospects. - Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and evaluate qualifications. Ensure compliance with work authorizations (H-1B, L-1, TN, OPT, CPT, Green Card).
- Work with legal and compliance teams on visa-related matters.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and report key metrics to senior management.
- Utilize MS Teams for recruitment collaboration and communication.
- Provide training on best hiring practices and improve recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, IT technologies, and visa regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of IT recruitment experience with US job portals.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and US visa types.
- Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Experience using MS Teams for collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS tools.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
