Position: US Technical Recruiter - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.
No. of vacancies: 10
Salary offer / Package: 3 Lakhs P.A.
Job Location: Baner, Pune
Role and Responsibilities:
Understand the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.
Responsible for sourcing, calling and screening of profiles
Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
Follow up & co-ordinate with the candidates for the various interview rounds.
Responsible for achieving a target of Submissions, Placements, etc.
Responsible to support and work with HR team for candidate’s background check and on-boarding formalities.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Graduates/Post Graduates - BBA, MBA (2024-2025 Batch)
Should be comfortable to work in US time zone (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
