Sorting and Organizing: Arrange items in a logical and organized manner within the van to ensure safe transportation and easy access. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of items loaded and unloaded. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all goods are handled carefully to prevent damage during loading and unloading. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely delivery schedules are met. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep work areas and vans clean and organized
