Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare patients for exams: Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain medical histories, and prepare patients for examination.

2. Take vital signs: Record temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and other vital signs as needed.

3. Assist with medical procedures: Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, such as vaccinations, blood draws, and surgeries.

4. Maintain patient records: Accurately update patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results.

5. Provide exceptional client service: Communicate effectively with clients, answer questions, and provide emotional support during difficult situations.

6. Maintain clinic cleanliness: Clean and disinfect exam rooms, equipment, and other areas of the clinic as needed.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Compassion and empathy: Ability to provide emotional support to clients and patients.

3. Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
