Job Description

Urgently require VMC Operator 4 Nos. @ Bhosari M.I.D.C, Minimum experience required in Dies & Moulds 1 - 2 yrs. Salary depend upon interview.

(Control MITSUBISHI) Fresher also require. Facility Canteen, ESIC, PF.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator (Vertical Machining Center Operator) to set up, operate, and maintain CNC-based VMC machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine programming, tool selection, and quality inspection to ensure precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Operation

Set up and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload workpieces, tools, and fixtures into the machine.
Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Programming & Tool Selection

Interpret and work with CNC programs, G-code, and M-code.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
Modify programs as needed for process improvements.

Quality Control & Inspection

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Ensure components meet engineering specifications and tolerances.
Identify and rectify machine errors, tool wear, or defects.

Maintenance & Safety

Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Report any machine breakdowns or malfunctions to supervisors.
