Job Description

VMC Operator 2 Nos., require @ Bhosari M.I.D.C, Minimum experience required Dies & Molds 2 - 3 yrs. (Control MITSUBISHI), Manufacturing & Tooling Dies & mold vmc operating experience. Nearby location minimum 10 km. Require only male candidate. 8 hrs duty. Canteen, ESI, PF facility available.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications

Load and unload materials onto the machines

Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Adhere to safety and quality standards

Skills:

Ability to operate and program VMC machines

Strong attention to detail and precision

Good mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills
