Job Title: Voice Process Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. *Handle Customer Calls*: Respond to inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.

2. *Resolve Customer Queries*: Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and queries in a fair and transparent manner.

3. *Provide Product/Service Information*: Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products or services.

4. *Process Customer Requests*: Process customer requests, such as order placement, cancellations, or modifications.

5. *Maintain Customer Records*: Update customer records and databases with accurate and relevant information.

6. *Meet Quality and Productivity Standards*: Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

7. *Collaborate with Team Members*: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.

Requirements

1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred.

2. *Experience*: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

3. *Skills*:

- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.

- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

4. *Certifications/Licenses*: Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., customer service certification) may be required.
