Process Description – Customer Services – Inbound & Outbound Banking process (Banking company & Payment Bank)

Candidate Profile: Speaking with Customer and resolving their queries (Inbound & Outbound)

Language – Good in English and Hindi

Qualification – Mix of graduate and undergraduate (Graduate - v4/v5, Undergraduate V4/V5)

A mix of experience: Fresher to Experienced - Any

Salary- 20k take home + incentive

Shift window - Day Shift for female 7am to 7pm shift and for boys 7am to 10pm

Week off – Rotational Working from Office Only

Gender Mix – Male / Female
Interview Rounds 1st HR Ops Round and Final Client Round
