Job Description
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Provide excellent customer service and strive for customer satisfaction
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Answer questions about menu items
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with restaurant promotions and menu changes
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
