Overview
We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to provide top-quality service to ensure a great dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Order Taking

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and make recommendations if needed.

Ensure timely and accurate order placement with the kitchen staff.
2. Food & Beverage Service
-
Serve food and drinks professionally and courteously.

Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need.

Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and customer concerns.
3. Cleanliness & Table Setup
-
Set up tables with cutlery, napkins, condiments, and glassware before service.

Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.

Assist in clearing and resetting tables for new guests.
4. Cash Handling & Billing
-
Provide bills to customers and process payments (cash, card, or digital payments).

Keep track of daily sales and report to the cashier/manager.
5. Teamwork & Coordination
-
Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure smooth service.

Assist in managing food delivery, customer complaints, and special event orders.
-
Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
