Job Description

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Food and Beverage Service:
- Knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Accurate food and beverage handling.
- Proper table setting and service.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning.
Cash Handling:
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a customer service role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive and friendly demeanor.
