JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for processing mail for the bankruptcy department.
This includes identifying, sorting and indexing them into a specified order for distribution and scanning to the designated bankruptcy coordinator to handle and process.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Key result:
Work with outside counsel to resolve the bankruptcy.
Maintain Portfolio Timelines on filing POC and MFR
Follow Up with Trustee Office for payments
Turnaround time on follow up actions to be at 97%
Key Skills:
Above average computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Access database files and various computer peripherals.
The ability to work in a team environment.
Comfortable with MS Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
