Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Co-ordination between PC and DPC,DC
-
Tracking of bags, Co-loader performancefor all the hubs
-
Updating the order status in TMS
-
Monitoring and auditing of daily,weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure execution of operations.
-
Maintaining attendance on daily basis
-
Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, Inter hub transfer note, operational reconciliation of orders, and also aging reports of orders.
-
Generation of manifest and reconciliation report on daily basis
-
Maintaining the inventory of all the packaging materials and night storage orders
-
Ensuring the shipping label on orders and also keep the count of RTO orders
-
Perform loading and unloading of baggage's
-
Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing fleet
-
Review current routings and seek for opportunities for cost saving
