Job Description
We are looking for Construction Managers, Execution Engineers and Planning Managers / Engineers for our project sites across India, desired qualification and experience are as given below:
- Competencies / Skill Set desired : Construction Manager/Engineer
Qualification: 4 Yrs Full-time 1st Class - BE / B. Tech in Civil/Mechanical from AICTE approved university or 3 Yrs Full-time 1st Class Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education.
Candidates below 60% in any of the academics will not be allowed attending the interview.
Graduate/Diploma Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) having 5 to 15 years of experience in NRW and sewerage construction in urban areas. He must be familiar in sub-contractor management, workmen management, management of plant and machinery resources and coordination for measurement certification besides with planning and costing, with proven track record of strong execution skills.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will have responsibility for Integrated water sewer related projects (item rate/lumpsump) consisting of water pipelines, treatment plants, sewerage pipelines (including laying, testing and commissioning), intake structures, elevated reservoirs, sump and pump houses etc. for execution at site, coordination of certification of measurement till commissioning, NRW and handing over. He will be responsible for timely completion complying safety, quality and system requirement. He will be responsible for client, consultant and other stakeholders during implementation of the project.

Qualification: 4 Yrs Full-time 1st Class - BE / B. Tech in Civil/Mechanical from AICTE approved university or 3 Yrs Full-time 1st Class Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education.

Graduate/Diploma Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) having 5 to 7 years of experience in planning / scheduling, billing and costing. Should have completed at least one project as planning in-charge. Should be well conversant with project planning tools like Primavera/MS Project. Should have experience in integrated water supply and sewerage works in urban areas.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for planning / estimation and commercial management during the entire life cycle of the project from inception to completion. His role will also include value engineering, risk management, procurement advice and assistance during tendering procedures, commercial management, contract administration, management/negotiation of vendors and sub-contractors.
Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India
Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
