Job Description

Stock managing, product purchasing from the company, Billing the stock to the clients, stock replacement for damage stocks, payment follow ups through telephonic calls, stock taking and auditing and reporting to higher officials.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations

Ensure inventory accuracy and perform regular audits

Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics

Monitor and manage warehouse team performance and productivity

Ensure proper safety measures are in place and adhered to

Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments

Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency

Handle customer or client issues related to warehousing

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions

Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools
