Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including pickups and drops to customers.
Plan, schedule, and monitor delivery and pickup routes.
Coordinate with logistics teams, drivers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage loading/unloading operations and ensure safe packaging and handling.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched and received goods.
Handle customer complaints or issues related to deliveries.
Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
Implement and enforce safety standards and warehouse cleanliness.
Train and manage warehouse staff and delivery personnel.
Maintain delivery vehicle logs and coordinate vehicle maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse/logistics management.
Strong knowledge of local transport routes and delivery planning.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Valid driving license (preferred).
