Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including packing, dispatching, loading/unloading, and labor management. If you have experience in warehouse handling and logistics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable and fast-paced industry.

Job Responsibilities

1️⃣ Warehouse Operations Management

Supervise packing, labeling, and dispatching materials as per order requirements.
Ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods while minimizing damages.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement.

2️⃣ Labor & Team Management

Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff and ensure productivity.
Train and guide laborers on proper handling, packing, and safety procedures.
Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency among workers.

3️⃣ Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and accuracy.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Implement safety guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.

4️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of stock movement, deliveries, and dispatches.
Coordinate with transport teams, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
Report daily activities to the warehouse manager.
