Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
-
Supervise and execute the installation of water and wastewater treatment plants, including mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
-
Oversee erection, assembly, and integration of treatment units such as RO systems, STP, ETP, UF, MBBR, and clarifiers.
-
Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and operational testing of pumps, blowers, aerators, and dosing systems.
Testing & Troubleshooting
-
Perform system testing, commissioning, and performance validation in compliance with design specifications.
-
Conduct water quality testing and ensure treated water meets environmental and regulatory standards.
-
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, such as leaks, pressure fluctuations, or chemical dosing errors.
Technical Support & Maintenance
-
Provide technical assistance to clients and site teams for system optimization.
-
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for installed systems.
-
Train operators and maintenance personnel on equipment handling and troubleshooting.
Documentation & Reporting
-
Prepare and maintain installation reports, test reports, and commissioning documentation.
-
Ensure all safety protocols and environmental compliance requirements are met.
-
Coordinate with design, project management, and procurement teams for smooth execution.
