Job Description

We need water Softener Technician who works onsite. He should be capable of installing the products and service too.

Responsibilities:

Install and service: Install and service water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and other water treatment equipment

Diagnose problems: Diagnose problems with water softeners and other water treatment equipment

Maintain water quality: Maintain water quality by calibrating equipment, collecting water samples, and testing water quality

Ensure customer satisfaction: Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Explain benefits: Explain the benefits of new water treatment systems to customers

Respond to callouts: Respond to equipment breakdown callouts

Conduct inspections: Conduct frequent inspections of plant processes to detect malfunctions

Maintain records: Maintain careful records and create detailed reports
