Job Description

We are seeking a B.Com candidate with solid experience in accounting, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

B.com candidate should have experience of atleast 3 to 4 years.

Basic Accounting Knowledge:

Understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and terminology gained during academic studies (B.Com).
Knowledge of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Data Entry and Bookkeeping:

Handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including entering transactions, posting journal entries, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconciliation:

Performing monthly bank reconciliations and reconciling discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.

Payroll Processing:

Assisting in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, tax deductions, and benefits.

Tax Compliance:

Assisting with tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Financial Reporting:

Supporting the preparation of periodic financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyzing financial data and providing insights into cost management and financial performance.

Accounting Software Proficiency:

Using accounting software (e.g., Tally, erp9) to streamline accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial data.

Audit and Compliance:

Assisting with internal audits and ensuring financial records meet regulatory standards.

Communication and Teamwork:

Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and addressing any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
