Responsibilities:
Mentoring and coaching students for NTSE and IIT JEE, using an offline Mode.
Subject-related Counselling/ Guidance sessions and Mentoring Programs
Delivering academic and counseling sessions Offline and Preparing the lesson plans, delivering lectures, and engaging the students in the discussion process.
Doubt clearing of students and providing them the best practice lessons for being efficient based on Tests.
Conducting Demos (seminars, webinars, and inductions programs for students and parents) both abroad.
Content Research/ Development/ Analytics i.e. Creating and Upgrading teaching material, sample papers, and study materials.
Conduct group discussions for students so they can solve the problems amongst themselves.
Inspiring students, getting them into discussions, and developing their skill sets.
Training Fellow mates/ Junior Consultants.
Quality Checks.
