• Contacting clients in regarding their Online appearance and business boosting.
• Good Command over English.
• Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
• Understand the business needs of the Clients
• Convince the clients and make them to invest on new Projects with the organization
• Outbound Voice process
• B2B Sales Process
• Experience- 0 to 3 years required in web selling or in outbound sales process.
• Salary hike on last drawn salary
• Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell website design, development, and digital marketing services.
Identify prospects through cold calling, email marketing, and online research.
Follow up with leads to convert them into paying customers.
2. Client Consultation & Solution Selling
Understand client requirements related to website creation, SEO, and e-commerce.
Present customized solutions that match the client’s business goals.
Address objections, provide demos, and close deals effectively.
3. Sales Target Achievement & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide sales reports and performance updates to the management team.
4. Relationship Management & Customer Support
Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with web development and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist clients with post-sales support and upgrades.
