Web Consultant
Job Description
• Good Command over English.
• Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
• Understand the business needs of the Clients
• Convince the clients and make them to invest on new Projects with the organization
• Outbound Voice process
• B2B Sales Process
• Experience- 1 to 3 years required in web selling campaign.
• Salary hike on last drawn salary
• Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses, introducing the company's web-related services such as website development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, hosting, and other related offerings.

Qualify leads by assessing their business needs and aligning them with the company's services and solutions.

Build rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone and convert prospects into sales opportunities.

Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or demos to further engage potential clients and close sales.

B2B Sales Process:

Follow the sales process from initial prospecting to final closure, maintaining a focus on understanding the unique needs of business clients.

Conduct needs analysis to understand the potential client's requirements, budget, and timeline for web-related services.

Present tailored web solutions to businesses, explaining the features, benefits, and value propositions.

Effectively handle objections, address client concerns, and offer suitable solutions to close deals.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s web products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the web industry (such as website design, SEO, SEM, digital marketing, etc.) to offer competitive and relevant solutions.

Be able to explain complex web-related concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to business clients.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Generate new leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and utilizing business databases.

Research and identify potential businesses that would benefit from the company’s web solutions and services.

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Manage ongoing communication with potential clients, following up regularly to ensure they are engaged and interested in the company’s offerings.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Nurture relationships with leads who are not yet ready to purchase, ensuring they remain engaged for future sales opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Track sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to management.

Maintain high levels of productivity, ensuring a consistent number of calls and sales conversations daily.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure that business clients receive the best possible service and solutions.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper follow-ups, closing strategies, and customer support.

Reporting and Feedback:

Provide regular feedback on lead quality, objections encountered, and market trends to help improve the sales process and product offerings.

Create and maintain sales reports to track lead progress, conversions, and client feedback.

Post-Sales Support:

Ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, working with the technical or support team to transition leads into paying customers.

Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
