The person in this position is responsible for conceptual development, design execution, implementation, production supervision, and contact with internal clients at Trans Pack.
Reporting to the director of integrated marketing & communications, the graphic designer will need to develop materials appropriate for a C-level audience, have strong attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Role Description:

HTML and WordPress developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development.
Designing and implementing new features and functionality within CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Require combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript)
Aesthetics, understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on.
Should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems and how the backend operates.
Understanding and experience with responsive CSS frameworks and grids
Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is a must.

Required Skills:

Proficient understanding of web mark-up, front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
Fair understanding of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulation
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites using CSS frameworks and grids
Strong knowledge of web standards and knack of adhering to best design practices
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
Familiarity with differences in other HTML5 based view
