Responsibilities:

Plan the maintenance activities well in advance and control the Inventory.
Create and maintain the maintenance backlog from all sources of data by raising WO's for all equipment defects discovered.
Review of EAM and Analysis of Asset wise OEE (this includes data input into EAM).
Execute cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Perform FMEA analysis of all equipment with assistance from Operations and Maintenance.
Obtains list of necessary parts for repair jobs from Maintenance.
Provide assistance to maintenance personnel in obtaining technical information needed to complete repairs.
Develop weekly maintenance plan one week in advance of work being started and submits to operations and maintenance for review the preceding week.
Maintain and update the component tracking system data base for all machines.
