Though a lot of freshers with varying educational qualification are hired for the BPO process, there are other departments and job profiles where freshers and experienced candidates are sought regularly. The candidates with below 60% score are not usually selected. The selection process for most of the positions comprises of four different levels. The candidates are subjected to a written test in the standard of CAT or GRE. It would contain questions regarding maths, English and logical. Those who are selected in the aptitude test would be subjected to psychometric test. The candidates selected in the second level would be subjected to a personal interview for technical assessment. The type of questions in this interview changes with the type of Mphasis jobs that you are applying for. Those who are selected would be put through a communication test. It might be a non-technical interview round or group discussion. Those who are selected in all the levels would be provided a letter of intent. It is not the joining letter. The joining letter and other formalities would start after 3-5 working days.
