Engineering candidates are selected for the NIAB recruitment process of consultants. Master degree or bachelor degree in civil, electrical or instrumentation is the basic requirement for such positions. Candidates with master degree in animal biotechnology, biochemistry, agriculture, life science, animal nutrition and other allied disciples are chosen for research fellowship.
The candidates applying for NIAB jobs would be called in for written test or interview process based on the position. There can be either two different interview processes for technical and HR interview or, one consolidated interview for selection process. Reservation is made for OBC, SC and ST castes and also for PWD and ex servicemen.
