It is our firm belief that most of India’s problems have their origin in a faulty education system. A nation should develop and progress on its own strength. If it does not, the population as a whole must be having some deficiency in skills and knowledge and therefore needs to be equipped with skills to manage its own progress. This includes overcoming all difficulties, including finance, social disharmony and technical backwardness. A nation where only a small fraction of the society has this ability cannot progress. Only when this skill permeates the bulk of the society will it achieve sustainable progress. In this sense, our education system has failed and we need to redefine the system so that the vast majority of the population acquires through education, the ability to solve its own problems and progress with confidence. We get a wrong impression of the efficacy of our education system because a few have achieved outstanding successes in Science & Technology. How much faster would India progress if many of the present dropouts were also to get a proper (not by today’s definition) education, that would give them the ability to learn, think and act by themselves. To get such an education system is the goal of starting this institution.
We also believe that rural development and education are integrated. Motto of Dev Group is “Education through Development and Development through Education”.

Devanshu Sharma : He is the Proprietor & responsible for managing the day to day operations. He holds the Bachelor degree in Business Management.
Sunil Sharma : He is the promoter of this group. He is an astute professional having over 3 decades of experience in Indian and multinational corporations like Bausch & Lomb, Shaw Wallace ,ECE & Godrej.
In his previous assignment with Bausch & Lomb, he was responsible for increasing distribution footprint and leading high performance teams and of successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies.
He brings subject matter expertise and broad experience in working commercial environment with very close functional ties with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance.
He has an ability to keep a level head at all times, nurture and grow a business, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges. Possessing excellent client facing and configuration skills and highly successful in helping define company direction, achieving goals and optimizing business.
A graduate in Commerce from Delhi University, He holds a MBA Degree in Financial Management.
Anuj Pal Goswami : He is a Business development director & completed his Post Graduate degree from IIM Calcutta. He has worked with many esteemed brands like ONIDA, Johnson & Johnson Ltd, LG, BlackBerry and Redington India Ltd, where he worked in capacity of General Manager and managed apple iPhone distribution.
Asit Bali : He is an academic head. He comes with more than 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing management. He worked with many renowned brands like NIS, Educomp, Centum Learning, Edu sharp etc. for leading FMCG client Hindustan Unilever, Telecom client Samsung mobile, Banking client SBI Bank in training Industry.
Aim of Dev Group :
To give multi skill training to youth. Provide the training through “Learning While Doing” approach.Give them training in real life environment. The Institute must be a production centre and instructor should practice vocation in the Institute with the help of students. Community should pay for the services. To use technology for increasing our efficiency.. Use of Information Technology for rural development is also one of the objective of the groupOur program is based on “Learning while doing” philosophy.
