CRPF Recruitment 2024, Jobs: Get all CRPF recruitment notifications through Freshersworld for sub inspector, Medical officer, Specialist, Doctor, Constable, Computer Instructor, Teacher etc. Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was established in 1939 as Crown Representative’s police. Today, the force has developed into a 207 different posts. Every year, thousands of vacancies are filled by the CRPF recruitment. The recruitment for the low level and middle level posts are done by the staff selection commission all over India. The selection procedure includes a physical efficiency test and written test as the initial screening tests. Those who have been shortlisted in the initial screening have to take up trade test and medical examination. Those who are selected in all the levels would be listed in the merit list in the official site of CRPF.  Those who are selected in the merit list would be called in for the final interview. The group B and C posts are filled directly by CRPF recruitment center. 

The CRPF constable recruitment falls under SSB only. For Group B and C, the selection process starts with the screening of original documents, PET, PST and written test. Those who are selected in those tests would be called in for the personal interview and the medical examination. For ex-servicemen, the physical standard tests are relaxable, but should submit a good character certificate and discharge certificate.

The group A and group B gazette posts are not recruited by direct recruitment. The current vacancies are posted in the official site, leading employment newspaper and also in some leading employment portals like Freshersworld. The candidates have to be in contact with the website of CRPF or Freshersworld to get to know about the upcoming vacancies, examination fee, method of selection, method of applying, interview dates, examination dates, link to the application format, the notification from the official site and many other details.

The age limit, qualification, minimum physical standards, physical efficiency and payscale changes from one position to another. The CRPF reserves the rights to change the selection method as and when it feels like. Thus, it is better to read through the instructions, before you apply. The physical standard test for the CRPF jobs includes height, weight, chest and eDoneight measurement against the standard measurement. The physical efficiency test basically include one mile race to be completed in 7.5 minutes for men and 800 meters race to be completed in 6 minutes for female, Long jump and high jump. The physical efficiency test is not included in the selection for constable posts. All the vacancies would be posted in the official site and the interest candidates can apply as mentioned in the application format. The CRPF vacancies are available for medical positions, pharmacists, technician, assistants, cook and many other positions. The low level positions need high school education with or without certification course. The high level positions need diploma qualification with or without any trade certificate for the specific position.
